Forgive my ignorance but chapter 1 ends with page 51 and chapter 2 starts with page 57 so are there missing pages or ...

That's just because RAWs were different for chapter 1 and the rest. =P I was using magazine RAWs and Hime scanned the Tank, so she probably had table of contents, inside cover, etc... pages she numbered which I didn't have for chapter 1. ^^
Rest assured, no pages are missing~
